Only
twenty minutes from Pt. Ayacucho, following the Orinoco and set in between
the two rapids of Ature
and Maipure you
will come to the Lodge ORINOQUIA.
This place was
built with good taste following the typical native pattern and fits perfect
into its surroundings, offers comfort and a pleasant atmosphere. There
are five double rooms or triple, each equipped with private bath, ventilators
and mosquito nets. The lounge, which is the spacious “Churuata” serves
as such and also is restaurant and bar. Here you may sit comfortably in
one of the hand woven easy chairs and contemplate “father Orinoco” passing
by while having a drink.
